Zuji is designed to be used by home aged care providers at scale.
Our value-based pricing model allows you to get a taste of what’s possible by starting small, and then access more favourable rates as you increase your usage. Our pre-paid, month-to-month, usage-based pricing model ensures certainty and flexibility without the need for lock-in contracts.
How Zuji pricing works
Call pricing is made up of three components:
- AI call time (A$0.26 per minute)
- SMSs sent ($A0.05 per message)
- Application utilisation (per call, see below)
The Application utilisation fee is applied on a per call basis, determined by the complexity of the AI processing that occurs before and/or after each call.
Applications are grouped into the following tiers based on their complexity:

The Application utilisation fee for a given tier is determined by the month-to-month plan you choose, according to the following table:

Plan inclusions
Every Zuji subscription comes with all the features you need to get started:
- Month-to-month billing with the freedom to cancel any time.
- Unused balance rolls over for one month.
- Access to all applications, including future applications and maintenance.
- Full call recording and transcription for every call, providing a complete audit trail.
- All pre- and post-processing, information storage, and data distribution required by an application.
- The ability to top up your balance any time without upgrading your plan, ideal for short-term spikes like heatwave notifications.
- Call minutes rounded up: All calls are rounded up to the next whole minute i.e. 61 second calls are billed for 2 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any setup fees?
No. Our pricing is designed for flexibility. You simply start with your monthly subscription plan or on our PAYG plan, and your balance is debited only for what you use.
What counts as a minute?
Call time is charged at a flat rate of $0.26 per minute. As per telecommunications standards, minutes are rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
How can I optimize my costs?
The simplest way to optimize your costs is by choosing a subscription plan that matches your monthly usage. The higher the plan, the lower your cost per application run. Our one-month balance rollover also ensures you don’t pay for what you don’t use.
How long does it take to get up and running?
You can be up and running very quickly. The basic setup involves uploading your client contacts, selecting your desired application (like a “Well-being check-in”), and initiating the calls.
